You’re the man. Contemplating and deriving lessons from all of your awesome excursions adds that much more power to your art.

Really looking forward to your speaking tour on the topic…

Sometimes they smaller falls have more character...Great shots and thanks for the video/ audio of them too. The desert just doesn't have any this time of year and I am much more a woods and water person!

I agree about the smaller falls. It's a bit easier to get perspective on them. Thanks!

"I seek an element of uncertainty in exploration. You see, it is the uncertainty of the thing that defines it as an adventure, not necessarily the scope of it. There is a thrill in chasing the unknown, when outcomes are not guaranteed. Without that element, we are merely sight seeing."

Perfectly said Erik! And your waterfall pics are so good. 👏

That little memorial spot kind of gutted me. What a beautiful spot to leave it. I do the same at least once a year, usually on my son's birthday. Go for a hike in the woods and bring craft paint, writing little memorials on large rocks along the way.

Have you ever googled Kelly Heath?

I loved the bite-sized video clips in this week's post. It's nice to hear what I'm reading 😊
