I don't really know what to comment because there’s a hundred things I could say. I think your February 23 waterfalls really struck me though. I wasn't here back in Feb so this was my first time seeing a lot of your work.
I'm really proud of how the photo of The Veil at Brasstown Falls turned out! A lot of those photos from before May were before I was on Substack. They made it to Instagram, but haven't been shown in Field Notes before today.
A great year of exploration and photography Erik. The owl photograph is amazing and I love the images where the wildfire smoke has affected the light. Beautiful work.
